I really like the Palmer/Pletsch patterns. They have great fitting tips, and include extra seam allowance for doing alterations. Their instructions are well done also. Can't go wrong with their patterns.
I agree with Gwensews. And I like all the items for you. However, when I saw the dress I thought it seemed a good pattern for you. Is it the kind of thing you would wear? Perhaps for a holiday? I wasn't sure if it was modest enough for you but I liked the neckline/shoulders for your particular fitting issues... that is, there probably wouldn't be any! :)
