Wearing the Cranberry cowl neck and Burgundy skirt

Indoor shots now since it is dark outside. Something odd has happened to the colours.
As they seem closer to these colours than the shot of me wearing it.

Colours aren't so easy to reproduce are they? I like that panel behind you! Did you do that?

The qulited wall hanging was done by my auntie Joy as a gift. Isn't it lovely.

First up, that clothes look SOOO GOOD on you! You should be sewing more of those skirts! Absolutely flattering. The colours are off because of non-correct white balance. You can turn the white balance to 'artifical light' on the camera (and you probably did), but to really get it right you would need to calibrate it (with a photo of a white piece of paper in the same light and then letting the camera know 'this is white'). Not 'need to do', but maybe 'nice to do' with SWAP.
Secondly, that quilt your aunt sewed is beautiful. Well hung, also. Tell her we all admire it!

So, you seem to have found a nice photo spot in your house!

Nice outfit (whatever the real colors - ;) ). Proportions on you look perfect.

Just lovely, Ruthie. I second the color and proportion compliments! And that wall hanging is really, really beautiful. A great backdrop for your photos!

I agree with everyone else. The skirt length is spot on, the balance of top and skirt is perfect and the colours are just great on you. Well done.
