SWAP 2016 - in pictures
Here's my SWAP showing the 4 categories
Pod 1 - one colour
Pod 2 - another colour
Combo - combining the colours from Pod 1 and Pod 2
Wildcard pod - a 3rd pod which works with some of the other garments
Ruthie, I'm impressed. I've been studying your garments and think you've got some great options for mixing. I especially like the shorter jackets on you, and red navy look great on you. I like the silhouette of the short jacket and long skirt too. the plaid is great also. how are you feeling about it?
Actually I quite like it all. I have an expansion pack planned and lots of things in my existing wardrobe they would work with. The navy top is hardest to style here but a previous navy top wore out. That one I wore with navy trousers and a red purchased jacket a lot hence making a new one.
Great new wardrobe. The plaid skirt and taupe top look great and I love the red top and dress on you.Well done on completing despite various challenges and distractions.
I always admire that you tackle the SWAP challenges. If they ever have a reverse Sewing Without A Plan I might win. Your combos worked out wonderfully.

Super wearable SWAP. You did great. The idea of using the same pattern multiple times in different fabrics makes it so much better. Good job!
I think you nailed the requirements for this year. I especially like your Taupe/ivory pod. It looks so classy and very elegant on you. Great work!
